Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and secure it to your original Mooncat packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Ensure bottles are tightly sealed and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our lunar warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
